WHAT IS CORONA TREATMENT?
Corona treatment is a process in which WFS is subjected to an electro-static charge to decrease the slip of its plane. Because this material is made out of plastic and often used in Gel Coat booths - slips/falls are an area of concern. The Corona Treatment provides a higher coefficient of friction to improve traction for your technicians. Additionally, this treatment helps to confine paint and gel coat to your work area as well as improve the adhesion of tape.
